I have the same cover as 4 FN 27 and I really like it for an inside cover. My buddy has one of those bubble things and it works good as he keeps his 70 Chevelle SS in a barn when its stored.

Do you have a scanner capable of bleeding the ABS unit? Air shouldn't have gotten in there but there is a possibility and something I would definitely check. I would also even just for a street car...
