The 4 ways work just fine, I wondered that too so I checked. Only time there is an issue is when the left signal is on. Front left bulb is ok.

I would agree with that. The weird part is that it doesn't start acting up right away. It takes a few seconds to start being weird. I'll have to do some digging i guess.

A carbide bit like is used to take burrs off engine blocks might work to grind the welds off. That really sucks though. Good luck!
