So you paid 650 for the exhaust and install huh..Doesn't sound to bad to me. Did I read it correctly that you got the Corsa instead of the S-type ? If so what turned you off about the S-type ? Just wondering because I'm in the exact same position right now and was leaning towards the S-type and I haven't got any mods to my ss yet.

Start up and WOT is just perfect. I would like a LIL bit more volume, but thats what headers are for...It has the low hum boat gurgle sound you hear many V8s have. You can hear it coming from around the corner of my street but its just a low rumble not at all offensive or raspy. I absolutely cannot wait till I get the money to put the CAI, Headers, Xpipe, and once that is all done I will probably tune out the AFM..that is when I really wanna hear this beast Like I said, you can notice drone and AFM, but doesn't bother me and generally playing my music completely solves the problem. Only really notice it with windows down and no music. I know it is just an axle back, and some guys like that really loud old school crunch...that's just a TAD to loud for me...regardless, it sounds like my car finally came alive today
