He had them widened at Wheels America here in Dallas Texas. That is where I am taking mine.

I did the widened wheel package with ADM Performance - Powder coated then front shaved. Take the rears (275) and put on the front and widen the fronts to 11" (315). Here are a couple of pics... One of the right side of the car and a close up of the front wheel.

After driving several hundred miles, I pulled the wheels to check the torque on the adapters. They were all still good at 140 lb/ft. I still think it's worth the investment to upgrade the lug nuts if you decide to go with the Eibachs.

If you are going to widen both front and rear, I would do 1 inch i=on the frons, and 2 inches on the rear. I don't know what size adapter you would need for the fronts though.
The front 9.5 wheel would be good for either a 275/285 tire.

So you think 1.5 widened to a 9.5 on front and 2 widened to a 11 on back?

Yes. If you are gonna go through the expense of having all four widened, that is what I would do.

If not have the fronts widened and then put the rears on the front. That would be alot more cost effective.

I finally have all of my tires mounted on my wheels. They had to use a lot of weights on all off my widened wheels. After seeing kmcd's, I'd probably use Wheel's America if I were to do it again. However, the way Weldcraft does it may be stronger. I'm not sure.

When are we going to see pics mounted on the car? I want to see how those 9-inch rear stockers look up front with 275s.

I have the car torn apart right now. Installing a Whipple and a new clutch. Shouldn't be long though.

I should be able to get the correct spacers for both those sizes right?

I really don't see the point in widening the front wheels unless you're putting them on the back. As I said before, you could buy two rear 9" wheels for less than the cost of having two widened. No spacers necessary to put the stock 9" wheels up front.
