I agree this kit is not for everyone. I can tell you the fit and finish from DJ is 2nd to none. This guy (Dan) is a freak'n nut when it comes to fit and finish.

1. See my comments above
2. I agree the hood makes the front look gross - I hate that hood in that color on that car
3. Like I said you have the option to remove them for night use
4. You (the consumer) can put your own GM logo on the grill. If DJ puts the GM logo there the price will go up - Cuz GM wants their $$$ as well

It's a branding thing - Naturally they are going to brand their own logo. I am sure if you special order - they can lazar the D out of the center. and for a few more bucks they can even put yours in

Fair enough

Adding motors to make it open and close on its own will add cost as well

I am not too crazy about the grill but I do like the hood, is that an ACS hood?

I don't like the hood but maybe that is because it is black on a red car and looks added rather then planned

The grills look good by themselves. The lense covers make me laugh, sorry. Someone already beat me to the ninja reference

I think it takes away from the stock look. The front of the Camaro looks BAD from all angles. Why do we need additional tricks? . $2400 would be better utilized on performance upgrades. Sorry, Just my perception.
