Ed Peper reaffirms production Camaro coupe’s styling and powertrain options

In a recent interview given by Ed Peper (general manager of GM’s Chevy division) with Autoblog, he discusses the closeness of the production Camaro coupe’s design to the concept version and also provides some insight as the powertrain options that the production Camaro will be offered with. In essence, Ed Peper states that the production Camaro coupe’s styling will be “very, very close” to the concept Camaro (based on his examination of the real production coupe). As for the powertrain options, there will be a high performing V8, as well as a couple of V6 options (a fuel-efficient and a high-performance version).
