Bumblebee Camaro transformer may be the star of the just released Transformers 3, but it some of our members and their Camaros are being treated with some star-like status as well at some of the Transformers 3 premieres.
Our El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM group gathered last weekend for their free exclusive screening of the new Transformers movie at Cineport 10 Theaters. Not only that, but they were able to collectively showcase their Camaros as part of a promotional display for the Transformers premier weekend for all spectators coming in and out of the movies and mall for the day. The Treasure Coast Camaro5 Group (TCC5) also received special treatment from their local theater – RAVE Movie Theater in Saint Lucie West, which requested the attendance of TCC5 members at the grand opening of the movie. ALL TCC5 members/guests were granted FREE admission and there was a main display featuring select member’s Camaros, as well as designated exclusive parking for the remaining Camaros in attendance [Event Photos HERE].
Our Norcal group also received some special treatment at the showing they attended. They managed to receive exclusive blocked-off parking from the Redwood City Police Department on a picturesque street at the theater for the movie’s first showing at its midnight release. [See Their Photos HERE]
