DIY: Cheap and Easily Removable License Plate Frame (no drilling required!)

For those of us who unfortunately live in states requiring front plates, the thought of drilling the beautiful front bumper on our Camaro almost always causes much anxiety. Luckily, there are several workarounds for mounting a front license plate bracket without any painful drilling.
THIS DIY not only provides such a solution, but also allows for easy removal of the license plate bracket for shows, meets, or other occasions where you want the cleanest look possible. Best of all, all it requires is some brackets and some tape or foam (optional)!
