Citizens assembled by Detroit News gives thumbs up to produce 2009 Chevy Camaro

Posted by: admin In: Main ()

Detroit News assembled a group of 10 regular citizens (including teachers, lawyers, artichect) for a regular person’s take on the Camaro Concept.  The reaction was an overwhelming thumbs-up that GM should indeed build a production version of the Camaro.  Every single panelist preferred the concept Camaro to that of the current Mustang.  It comes as no surprise to us that high marks were given to the Camaro’s muscular looks by the participants.  Some felt that the new Camaro should start at $20,000 and go no higher than $55,000 for the upper-end version.

One more interesting bit came from the GM spokesperson Tom Wilkinson who told the panelists that the concept is “fairly close to what could be produced.”  Full Article Here
