600hp enough for ya? Well, Artisan and turbochargers.com will be combining efforts to produce the Artisan SA-600 which will be powered by twin turbos strapped onto the LS3 engine, expected to produce approximately 600 horsepowers. The turbo snails will be 2 rear-mounted GTK350 turbos and the rest of the performance mods will include a ECU software, intercooler and cat-back exhaust system.
Cosmetic changes includes, among other things, widebody front and rear fenders (1.5" wider in front / 3" wider in back). You’ll need those extra large fenders to fit the superwide 21" front & 22" rear iForged wheels. The SS’s stock brakes are upgraded to 14" SSBC big brakes. Expect pricing to be in the range of $70,000 and the SA-600 is expected to be available in June 2009.
