2010 Camaro demand exceeding GM forecasts. Production may be increased.

GM may decide shortly to increase the production of the 2010 Camaro, citing unexpectedly high demand for the first year model of the 5th generation Camaro. In light of its recent turmoil and reorganization, GM had been cautious with its production goals. But it appears that multiple GM cars are now exceeding initial demand forecasts, including the Chevrolet Camaro, the Cadillac SRX, Chevrolet Equinox, and Buick LaCrosse. Production increases are being considered for each of these models.
