When the new Knight Rider series (now cancelled) was first announced with a Mustang as the new KITT, many felt that the new Camaro SS would have made a much more appropriate replacement. The hood “mail slot” of the SS would no doubt have been the perfect area for KITT’s signature light scanner. What TV networks wouldn’t do, an industrious Camaro5 member has now done — fitted an LED light scanner in his Camaro SS’ mail slot. Although this serves no purpose other than some cosmetic fun, we think it’s still pretty neat to see in action! VIDEO HERE!
